UTM to Offer Master’s In Innovation
July 18, 2013 | Campus NewsKUALA LUMPUR: Universiti Teknologi Malaysia's (UTM) Perdana School of Science, Technology and Innovation Policy (Perdana School) is set to pioneer a master's in innovation programme by October.
Its dean, Prof Zamri Mohamed, said the programme was aimed at stimulating innovation for sustainable economic growth.
He said his team was working on the modules and that there would be a meeting with stakeholders this month to further discuss the majors in the programme.
?"We will submit accreditation papers next month if everything goes as planned and hopefully, the course will be made available in October."
Zamri said correlative programmes were needed as they allowed graduates to craft innovative measures and learn to tap into the institution's resources.
