The CHRP certification, developed and awarded by IFPM Global (International Federation of Professional Managers Global), is a highly practical and globally respected HR qualification. Although traditionally targeted at working professionals, it is now also open to final-year university students from HR-related disciplines under this scheme. Participants will gain industry-relevant knowledge in recruitment, HR planning, employment law, payroll, and performance management – essential competencies for today’s HR professionals.
