UPU online application for 2020 / 2021 academic session

Heads up, everyone! The UPU online application for the 2020/2021 academic session opens on Monday, 24 February 2020.
Besides applications for public universities (IPTA), polytechnics, community colleges and Institusi Latihan Kemahiran Awam (ILKA), applicants for teacher training institutes (IPG) and matriculation colleges will also need to send in their applications through UPU online beginning this year.
How to apply?
All you need to do is click on UPU's online portal to apply.
Before you apply, determine which category you fall under. There are two categories for applicants.
- SPM school leavers
- Applications are open to category A (SPM2019) and category B (SPM 2018 & 2017) candidates
- Must be a Malaysian citizen
- Applications are for courses offered at certificate, foundation, matriculation, diploma and bachelor’s degree levels
- Applications are for courses offered at public universities, matriculation colleges, teacher training institutes (IPG), polytechnics, community colleges and Institusi Latihan Kemahiran Awam (ILKA)
- Closing date is 31 March 2020
- STPM school leavers (or equivalent)
- Applications are open to STPM 2019 candidates, STAM 2019 and 2018, Matrikulasi KPM/Asasi PASUM/Asasi UITM (current year), and diploma holders or its equivalent
- Must be a Malaysian citizen
- Applications are for courses offered at bachelor’s degree level at all 20 public universities in Malaysia
- Closing date is 7 April 2020
