Course Overview

The Diploma in Psychology is a 2.5-year (8 semesters) programme that prepares students to become professionally trained in theories, knowledge, skills, and methods in psychology. The curriculum is designed to provide a strong foundation in psychological concepts, research methodologies, and practical applications. Students will engage in both theoretical learning and hands-on experiences, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers

Entry Requirements

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia

Pass with 3 credits in any subjects and Pass in Mathematics and Science

Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia

Pass Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)  with minimum Grade C in 1 subject and Pass in Mathematics and Science at SPM level

Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia

Pass with Maqbul grade and pass in Mathematics and Science at SPM level

O-Level

Pass with minimum Grade C in three (3) subjects and pass in Mathematics and Science

Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)

Pass with minimum Grade B in three (3) subjects and pass in Mathematics and Science

Other certificate (Level 3, MQF) in relevant fields

Pass with at least CGPA 2.00 and pass in Mathematics and Science at SPM level

Other Equivalent Qualification

Other relevant or equivalent qualification, experience and requirement acceptable by the Malaysian government and the University.
