SPM at least Credits in Bahasa Melayu and a Pass in Sejarah. Credits in July's Bahasa Melayu Paper will also be counted.
AND
Pass STPM with at least PNGK 2.00 with Grade C in 3 subjects including Pengajian Am.
AND
MUET at least Band 1
SYARAT KHAS
STPM at least PNGK 2.50?
AND
SPM at least Credits in any 1 of the following subjects:
AND
SPM at least credits in Mathematics/Additional Mathematics
AND
Pass MEdSI Test
AND
Pass the interview given by UPSI
AND
MUET at least Band 2
