This programme is specifically designed to provide students with: an understanding of the context, nature, role and significance of global hospitality and tourism activities; a blend of practical skills and management theories for hospitality and tourism operations, supervision and management of global businesses; the ability to contribute to the fastest growing industry by applying problem solving and strategic thinking skills. The programme is structured to develop leadership skills, from self-development in Year 1, leading others in Year 2, to leading into the future in Year 3. Students in this specialism focus on Aviation Management within the broader hospitality and tourism context.
