Our Master of Medical Science programme requires candidates to conduct detailed study and evaluation of an approved research topic, culminating in a dissertation. Candidates will be expected to defend their findings through an oral examination, demonstrating critical thinking and mastery of their research area.
Candidates may choose to conduct their research in the following areas:
Degree in relevant field
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent; OR
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a CGPA between 2.75 and 2.50 may be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment; OR
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a CGPA less than 2.50, but with a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience may be accepted subject to internal asessment; OR
Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government and acceptable to the University.
